The crew of Vytis has been hard at work provisioning the boat, rigging and testing safety gear and making sure everything is in compliance with the rules a regulations. The final pieces of prep will be completed this Friday afternoon. The crew will meet at 0900 Saturday July 21st to embark on yet another journey together.

We will again be racing in the 16 boat J105 Section. Some of our main competitor's names are Sealark, The Assylum, Banshee and Certare. Buzz and Gangbusters are out of town boats that have done quite well in recent years.
As in the past there will be boat tracking. The last two years have seen the tracking system crash. Chicago Yacht Club is trying again with another system. Hopefully it will work this time.
